Physics Lab

Curiosity has its own reasons for existing.” Children have a knack for exploring and experimenting and physics is an experimental science. The physics lab gives an insight into the world of science with demonstration of both qualitative and quantitative concepts and laws . Physics is the science that teaches observation, communication, accuracy, collaboration and exactness. Students learn how to identify objects and phenomena, question universal facts, plan and process data and carry out experiments that lead to concrete conclusions.
Chemistry Lab
Chemistry is the study of matter and its interactions with other matter and energy. Lab work is considered essential in promoting student’s learning of science and developing their scientific temperament in them. The school have well-designed, spacious, sophisticated and safe chemistry lab equipped with the most modern apparatus. The lab is designed in such a way that ensures students can work in separate workstations with individual burners and plug points. Moreover, we have taken precautionary measures to safely store the reactive reagents and other chemicals in the facility. They are stored in separate storage areas following essential safety measures.
Biology Lab
Biology is the science of life. It is the study of living organisms, plants and our ecosystem. A fascinating study that opens the door to endless possibilities when it comes to health, the environment, conservationism, genetics, use and preservation of natural resources, etc. The school has a lab dedicated to biology for students to conduct curriculum-specific practical experiments. All the necessary equipments, apparatus, and materials required to successfully conduct any experiment are made available here. It helps students developing manual dexterity through using tools and equipment and promotes skill application instead of rote learning.
Maths Lab
Contrary to the myth that maths is a dreary subject, it is a subject that, if taught in an invigorating environment, can stimulate interest and change students’ approach towards it. Our maths lab helps students understand concepts with the help of concrete objects and situations. It enables students to verify several geometrical properties using models or by paper cutting and folding techniques. It encourages students to brainstorm and find solutions to mind-boggling questions by applying formulas. The laboratory provides scope for greater involvement of both the mind and hand which facilitates cognition.
Robotics Lab
The Millennium School has a lab dedicated to robotics to aid future generations in acquiring the essential skills to flourish in the technology-saturated world of tomorrow. Inculcating 21st-century skills, like critical thinking, communication, creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration in young children is the need of the hour. Understanding this paradigm, Next Education has developed a comprehensive robotics lab that goes beyond the basics of robotics, opening the door to a world of exciting opportunities. The robotics lab facility in our school utilises the Robotics Lab kit developed by Next Education. It comprises more than 150 quality parts and components designed to help students fine-tune their engineering and programming skills.
English Lab
Acquiring fluency in the global communication language is crucial in finding academic and career opportunities that one dreams of. Modern language labs are indeed a boon in the absence of a classroom setting that allows all students to speak and practise language at the same time without disrupting the harmony of the class. The English lab in The Millennium School facilitates this. It presents our students an opportunity to access audio-visual materials to practise speaking the language. Our academic partnership with Next Education India Pvt. Ltd equips us with technical tools, like Next Dictionary, Pronunciation Tool, Phonetic Tutor, and Writing Tutor to help students learn the right pronunciation and other aspects of the language in an easy manner.
Computer Lab
In a technology-driven world, it is imperative that students achieve information literacy, technology skills, and digital literacy. We train our students to be tech-savvy through theoretical instruction in classrooms and practical experience in the computer lab. The computer lab in our school is well-equipped and has a superior infrastructure with regard to both hardware and software. It is a space that ensures students experience technology first-hand. Every student receives ample opportunities to use computers and other digital equipment independently. Moreover, students can rely on the facility to do research for their presentations and group projects in other subjects.
