The vision of The Millennium School is to nurture the inherent potential and talent of each child, creating lifelong learners who will be the leaders of tomorrow. With parents as our partners, we aspire to create global citizens who are innovative and have a strong sense of values.

The academic year is based on the CBSE guidelines, and it runs from April to March. The school year consists of two semesters: Semester I: April to September and Semester 2: October to March.

The proposed teacher-student ratio is 1:12 in the primary section, and 1:20 in other classes.

We are a CBSE affiliated school following the Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) pattern for the overall assessment of students.

We follow CCE, FAs, SAs and Project Work in students' assessments. We have designed a sound evaluation and assessment system. It is an integral part of day-to-day learning in the school and can be implemented during the course of the normal teaching-learning process to maximise learning. Learning milestones are a healthy blend of both formative and summative components of assessment. In order to cater to individual learning potential, three levels of worksheets have been planned: Acceptance, Balance and Challenge. The assessment manual provided is appreciative and motivating rather than critical. It also includes detailed timely feedback with remedial measures. The Millennium School has personalised Performance Enhancement Plans (PEP) which are remedial measures for learners. They ensure that learning gaps, if any, are bridged before advancing to the next level of a concept. To help bridge the gap, a set of remedial books called PEP Tools has been designed by the Research and Development wing.

i. We have a specially designed curriculum The Millennium Learning System (MLS) mapped to the requirement of National Curriculum Framework 2005/CBSE guidelines and the NCERT Syllabus. ii This has been developed by the Research and Development team of Education Quality Foundation of India after years of research. iii. The goal of our curriculum is to open minds and break the boundaries confining learning. iv. It caters to the needs of all types of learners, allowing them to learn at their own pace. v. It is interactive and experiential in its approach, providing them with a joyful learning experience. vi. Our specialized teaching strategies and collaborative work in classrooms ensure that our children are able to think for themselves and apply their learning to real life situations.

We ensure that sports and co-curricular activities are introduced based on the age-group of the children.

The Millennium School hires qualified teachers with good communicative skills. Every teacher undergoes an additional certification course on strategies of classroom teaching. Further they undergo three types of training: Product training : To understand MLS Technology training: To be able to use the smart boards and computers as tool to effective teaching Pedagogy training: To keep them abreast with the latest in the field of education.

Yes, we are a co-educational school.

Parents are our partners and we appreciate suggestions inputs and their cooperation in ensuring the success of various school activities /events. They have an important role to play for the success of any system. We would like them to collaborate with us by volunteering to help impart certain skills to our learners. We have a guest speaker program where we would like parents to share their inputs on their areas of expertise. Further, they can help by enthusiastically encouraging the quest for knowledge when their children seek information, material or guidance for their projects.
